Terms and Conditions
Payment Terms:
Payment is due in full upon booking to secure the dates for the incident response tabletop exercises.
IncidentIQ's expenses, including but not limited to facilitator fees, scenario development, and travel costs, are included in the price quoted to the client.

Cancellation and Amendments:
If cancellation or amendments to the booked dates are notified to IncidentIQ within less than 72 hours before the scheduled session, additional expense charges may be claimed. These charges are necessary to cover potential losses from canceled bookings and travel arrangements.
The 72-hour window also applies to remote sessions, although no additional charges will be incurred for cancellations or amendments within this timeframe.

Booking Window:
Dates for incident response table top exercises are bookable from 6 weeks from the date of order placement. This allows sufficient time for the consultation process to begin and bespoke incident scenarios to be crafted based on the client's requirements.

Client Responsibilities:
It is the client's responsibility to arrange for key stakeholders and incident responders to be available for the scheduled session. The roles and responsibilities of these individuals should be detailed in the RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed) matrix provided by IncidentIQ.

Governing Law and Non-Disclosure Agreement:
UK governing law will be applied to this agreement.
By signing the agreement, both parties agree to a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) protecting sensitive information, including incident response plans and company proprietary information, from unauthorized disclosure or sharing.

Refund Policy:
IncidentIQ strives to ensure client satisfaction with its services. In the event that a client is unsatisfied with the quality or outcome of the incident response table top exercises, a refund policy is in place.
Refunds will be issued on a case-by-case basis, taking into consideration the nature of the complaint and any mitigating circumstances. IncidentIQ reserves the right to offer alternative solutions or remedies before issuing a refund.

Force Majeure:
IncidentIQ shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this agreement if such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, war, or terrorism.

Indemnification:
The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless IncidentIQ and its employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from the client's use of IncidentIQ's services or any breach of this agreement.

Severability:
If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
